Ed has deep experience in philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and community development. A former foundation CEO and university development leader, he has led initiatives in governance, capacity building, and strategic growth. Ed is passionate about helping organizations strengthen leadership, build sustainable systems, and expand their long-term impact.
Kevin serves as Operations & Executive Strategy Lead, bringing a strong focus on helping nonprofit organizations and ministries operate effectively and grow with intention. As Founder of The Trellis Group, he partners closely with leaders to strengthen operations, clarify strategy, and build sustainable structures that support long-term impact. Kevin works directly with organizations to ensure consistent, high-quality support and meaningful results.
Bryan serves as Talent & Leadership Lead, bringing deep expertise in strategic HR, leadership development, and organizational design. With 20+ years of executive HR Leadership experience, he partners with nonprofit leaders to build strong teams, develop effective leaders, and implement practical people systems that support sustainable growth and mission impact.
